Meet Oklahoma Honor Team member, Kim

  • Meet newest Honor Team member, Kim from A New Leaf. Before working for the Shining Honor Project, Kim was a receptionist at A New Leaf.
  • Kim is excited to have the opportunity to work with the Shining Honor Project. When asked, what is her favorite part about cleaning veteran’s headstones, Kim responded by saying, “Reading about which war is signified on each headstone.” 
  • When not at work, Kim loves to swim, watch Madea (Tyler Perry) movies, listen to country music and watch University of Oklahoma games which is her favorite team.
  • Kim likes to use a portion of her paycheck to purchase new clothes. Going hunting with her dad, is one of Kim’s favorite memories.
